While it is waterproof I don’t find it holds a curl as well as their other mascaras such as the Eye of Horus lash lift mascara which I also stock 🙂

You’re welcome ☺️ that is a good point, I briefly looked into that option but my level of coverage didn’t cover WLS so I would have had to up my plan to the highest tier and wait the 12 months. If you weren’t working to a deadline and you had the right level of coverage it’s certainly an option. I was personally happy to use my super, especially if this surgery would help prolong my life to the age where I can access my super ☺️ x

You're welcome ☺Feather Light is definitely not as thick as their mineral sunscreen, it still has a nice glow but because it isn't as thick and it absorbs quicker it is a little less glowy. This isn't a deal breaker for me personally because I prefer a lighter finish 🥰

Thanks for clarifying, the bypass wasn’t an option for me so I didn’t get the complete run down. For the sleeve the 60-70% removal was what my surgeon advised me in my consultation, but more may be removed during the surgery if they feel necessary. It’s important for everyone to do their own research as each surgeon will provide specific advice to that persons needs and their body

That's a great question and sadly loose skin is part in parcel with the procedure. They recommend doing weights and strength training after WLS and I personally enjoy yoga which has helped increase my core and upper strength but I do have areas where my skin is looser than it used to be. It also depends on how much weight you lose. I have lost 40kgs to date and I don't have too much excess skin, but I have spoken to other people who do and they are considering other surgeries to remove it. So it is different for each person. I hope this helps 😊

Hello, yes I am still using it and loving it! It creates the most beautiful glow on the skin and is perfect for those no makeup-makeup days. I also love the Eye of Horus Second Skin Foundation for those days when I want extra coverage and a luminous and healthy glow ✨

It is worthy!! It is so comfortable to wear and the lights themselves provide more the coverage compared to other LED masks I have tried. Since using it my skin is brighter and clearer and it has helped reduce some of my pigmentation spots too x

@MarisaRobinsonBeauty The process takes about 1 year from consult to surgery. It's quite in depth to ensure the candidate is ready. Typical stay in hospital is 1 day. We do pay for optifast liquid pre op diet 1 week is $100CAD. Vitamins for life. Di you experience much hair loss?.

@@CDNMusicLover I think that’s such a smart way to go about it and it shows that if people are prepared to see out the process they are serious about it and don’t just want a quick fix. It was quite a process here but as long as you had sign off from your GP and surgeon and had the money you could do it. I did experience hair loss and while it’s slowly growing back my hair definitely isn’t as thick as it was. Hopefully it does in the future but I’ll just continue to take the vitamins and eat a nutritious diet ☺️
